Increasing problems such as inequality, considered typical of more fragilized societies, are rising in the developed North. At the same time, in some parts of the developing world, a growth in middle classes and wealth, as well as the formation of clusters of investment and innovation, are taking place. This globalization of phenomena has compelled nongovernmental organizations and civil society to rethink their thematic and geographical scope of action, adapting their institutional and practical organization to these new realities.<\/span><\/p>\n It was as part of the response to these dynamics that the <\/span>Instituto Marqu\u00eas de Valle Fl\u00f4r (IMVF)<\/span><\/a> created the <\/span>Valle Fl\u00f4r Consulting (VFC)<\/b>, in order to enlarge and better adapt its activity to domains of a business nature in different geographies, and to answer to demands in regulatory and fiscal issues, in the Portuguese, European and international legal systems. <\/span><\/p>\n
